WIN A FREE DELEGATE PLACE - Terms & Conditions

1. Closing date for entries is 31 January 2010.
2. The CWC Group Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be published on the Website.
3. There will be one prize winner.
4. The winner will be selected at random from the completed entry forms following the closing date.
5. The winner will be notified by 8 February 2010. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner before this date. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, CWC Associates Limited reserves the right to select another winner from entries which were received before the closing date.
6. The prize is for a delegate place at the conference only and does not include the pre-conference golf tournament or workshops.
7. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
8. The conference fee does not include travel or accommodation. A limited number of reduced room rates have been reserved for delegates at the San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk. Accommodation information will be sent to you with your confirmation letter by our Client Services Team if you win.
9. The judge's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. By entering, the entrants, including the winner, agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by CWC Group Limited.
11. Uses of personal data received by CWC Group Limited in the course of the competition are subject to current UK data protection legislation. The winner's name may be published on the website.
12. Submission of an entry will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
