Center for LNG
Bill Cooper is the President of the Center for Liquefied Natural Gas (CLNG), a trade association of LNG producers, shippers, terminal operators and developers, and energy trade associations. CLNG is a clearinghouse of educational and technical information. It also facilitates rational issue discussion and the development of public policies that support LNG as a part of the nation’s energy portfolio. Bill frequently speaks on energy and natural gas issues drawing from his three decades of experience in the industry, prior to CLNG serving as partner at Hunton & Williams LLP, and as counsel to the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee.
